2009: Top 10 reform events
Norml released an article recently discussing the top 10 pro-reform events of 2009 and you can be sure we are on top of covering it. Did some of our most covered events such as the Obama administration’s decision to stop pursuing prosecutions, or the first pot cafe opening in Oregon make the list?
The number 1 event on NORML’s list is the Obama decision, as it should be. As we have discussed before, this was a huge step forward for moving away from the old-school mentality of our government and towards true reform.
