AP: Momentum is building for the legalization argument
It appears that the Associated Press is reporting that the medical marijuana movement is really beginning to pick up steam due to a number of different factors. Much of the recent debate has been in the hopes of curbing some of the Mexican drug cartel violence, but opponents say this will only help to increase the usage of the drug among adolescents.
Supporter’s claim that keeping marijuana illegal to help keep it out of the hands of minors is ridiculous, and claim that regulation will only help with this issue.
