Stunning reversal in NJ Medical 420 case
After an unexpected reversal in the NJ trial of a man accused of growing over 17 marijuana plants, a judge has allowed him to testify in court regarding his medical condition which he claims is the reason for the plants in question. Although he was only allowed to speak one sentence during the preceding, his attorney considers this a big help to the case. The judge has also made it clear that no follow up on his medical condition will be permitted. Medical Marijuana activists consider this a big win for advocates of the plants’ medicinal purposes.
